I never write a review but spending almost 2k i bought this printer a couple weeks ago took almost 3 weeksto come it came in 2 separate packages and l was a little worried how to setup l couldn't do it on my ownand waited for customer service and when they replied it was instant help sj and Gloria among others who helped were very friendly and helpful and they did everything to get it started from the software to the final print and now the images come out brilliant great printer to start a small business highly recommended dtf printer

I finally had the time to set up my printer. I was having problems doing it on my own. I contacted customer service and Yaz was very helpful and was able to fix my problem. Colors are so vibrant! I can’t wait to get started!
Customer support is always quick to help. I would definitely recommend them! Excellent customer support! Print quality is great, needed a little help with set up but customer support was very helpful. Have not had any jams and it's pretty easy to use.
