ABOUT INKSONIC

I am new to inksonic.

InkSonic was born to change the DTF printer industry.
Before establishing InkSonic, our team manufactured industry-level printing types of equipment and sold them to global distributors, trading companies, and factories. Realizing the huge demand for compact DTF printers, our R&D and manufacturing teams embarked on an 18-month deep dive of research and testing. They developed InkLite 1.0 - our first lightweight desktop DTF printer engineered specifically for home and workshop users. 3 months later, we unveiled the InkLite 2.0 - an enhanced version better suited for cold climates and extreme weather conditions. At the start of 2024, the InkPro 3.0 was released, boasting faster print speeds and largely reduced maintenance requirements.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

InkSonic provides a FREE shipping service to all customers. We always set the same price for all customers in all countries, no matter where you are from, buying our products will be the same price

Will you ship to my country?

InkSonic offers global shipping services. If you are uncertain about the shipping availability, please send inquiries to us and we will find the most suitable way to deliver the product.

Who is responsible for the tax/import duty?

It depends on where your local laws and regulations. Though InkSonic always tries our best to pre-pay tax/GTS/import duties for our customers, some countries do not allow the pre-payment.
● For US/CA/UK/AU customers, we will pre-pay all fees for you so there is no extra expense.
● For New Zealand, you will need to pay import duty, and duty rates depending on your local policy. You could contact our online agent to save your duty after placing the order.
● For countries in Europe(except the UK), you will need to pay the import duty & VAT, duty rates depending on your local policy. You could contact our online agent to save your duty after placing the order.
● For the rest countries, it depends on your local policy, you could contact our agents to get more info.

Where do you ship from?

For US customers, normally we ship from our local warehouse, which is located in California.
For EU/UK/AU/CA customers, the products are shipped from the factory. The local warehouses of these four countries or regions are expected to be completed by September 2024, and pick-up services will be available at that time.

How many packages will I receive?

Two packages.
● The printer, parts, and accessories for installation are packaged in a wooden box.
● The consumables are packaged in a separate carton box.

When will I receive my order?

Normally 3-7 business days. The extended time depends on your local customs processing time. For details, kindly check it on our shipping policy page.

Can I pick up my packages at InkSonic local warehouse?

For US customers, you can contact our 24/7 online agent to get an available time slot.
For EU/UK/AU/CA customers, since the local warehouses of these four countries or regions are expected to be completed by September 2024, pick-up services will be available at that time.

Can I pick up my packages at FedEx/UPS/other courier station?

Absolutely, we can ship your package to your local parcel pickup station. However, you'll need to provide us with the correct address for that station when placing your order. We also recommend calling the courier company ahead of time to confirm that the specific location you've selected offers pickup services.
Please note that the shipping address must match the courier service you choose. For instance, we cannot ship a package via FedEx to a UPS station. Be sure the address you give us corresponds with the carrier you select for your order.

ORDER AND PAYMENT

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept PayPal, PayPal Invoice, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank/Wire Transfers, and Cryptocurrency as your payment options. For details kindly check details here.

Will I receive any order email after the order?

Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email after the payment goes through successfully. There will be an order number included and once you have any further questions, you can reach us with the attached order number, and our 24/7 customer service team will always be there to help.
*If you did not find the order confirmation email, please check the SPAM folder first. If you still cannot find it, do not hesitate to contact us for instant help.

CANCEL AND RETURN

Can I get my money back if i'm not satisfied?

Though much effort was invested, we understand that you may regret or mistakenly purchase an order that you no longer need. At InkSonic, we offer an easy returns policy and aim to find solutions that benefit both of us. Please review our return policy below.
*If you have purchased an item from the InkSonic official store with no ink added and wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days of the delivery date. If any ink has been added to the printer, we can not process returns or exchanges.

Who should be responsible for the return shipping fee?

The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise explicitly stated.
● Items must be returned to us using a trackable shipping service.
● Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
● A refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return.
