DTF Ink

DTF ink, or film ink, is specially formulated for printing. It delivers vibrant colors and optimum opacity to create eye-popping prints on various materials. DTF ink works seamlessly with the film and powder to ensure quality and long-lasting results.
Here are the steps for using the film ink effectively:
1.Fill the Printer: Load your DTF printer with the appropriate color cartridges.
2.Print Your Design: Place the film into the printer to produce the design. Make sure you adjust the settings for DTF printing to get the best results.
3.Combine With DTF Powder: After printing the layout, follow the above steps to complete the transfer.

DTF Powder

Also known as hot-melt adhesive powder, DTF powder is a finely milled powder that melts when heated. It’s specially formulated to ensure the design sticks to the garment for a lasting print.
Using hot-melt adhesive powder is a piece of cake. Here are the steps to follow to ensure a durable design:
1.Produce the Design: Print the design on the DTF film using a direct-to-film printer.
2.Apply the Powder: While the ink is still wet, evenly coat the film with DTF powder to cover the printed design.
3.Shake off the Excess: Shake the film off to remove excess powder.
4.Cure the Powder: Heat the powdered film in the oven to melt the powder. That way, when pressed onto the garment, you’ll create a strong adhesive.

DTF Film

DTF film is a thin, transparent sheet used in direct-to-film printing. This film is where you print the graphics before transferring them to the garment. It holds the ink and powder together for flawless and accurate transfers.
Using a DTF sheet involves the following steps:
1.Print Your Design: Insert the film into the printer to print the layout.
2.Apply the DTF Powder: Sprinkle the powder on the wet ink, as discussed earlier.
3.Cure and Transfer: Pop the film in the oven to cure the powder. Once cured, press it onto the garment using a heat press, then peel off the film to reveal the finished product.
