RocRow L8058 A4/8" DTF-skrivare L8

My first time buying a dtf. This printer is great. Easy to set up with IT support from Poppy. Very patient and courteous. Any little issue and Poppy and her team are quick to help.

I needed help getting my printer to distribute color. With the great customer service, my issue was resolved! Thank you again

Just got set up last night. Still playing around with my printer, but judging from the test runs the colors are vibrant and beautiful I was actually shocked by how freakin nice it the print is...can't wait to actually press a shirt. When you buy this printer you get a message from customer support ensuring you that they will be there every step of the way with getting you set up and I promise you that statement is absolutely true...You will need to download Whatsapp for support. I had an emergency and had to cancel my appointment 3 times and each time each team member was so understanding and accommodating and 1 team member Alexiard wished me well with my emergency. Getting back to the printer, It was a lengthy process and as resourceful as I am I could not have done this by myself. I got the printer and all its parts set up just fine...you load the ink the same way you load the ink on any modern home printer so I was good there but I wanted assistance with the software and settings. The directions are simple enough to follow and I definitely could have done it myself but if you have someone who will do it for you for free and get it done faster why not take advantage of that. I was lucky to be assigned a team member by the name of Poppy...she was awesome...pretty much immediately she realized the printer itself needed tweeking... This was something not in the manual you had to be knowledgeable of the printer to make the adjustments so this is why I say I could not have done it myself. Poppy was great at easing my concern and ensuring that she would resolve the issue, she didn't move on to next steps until she could see for her self that things were running correctly she conducted multiple test to insure accuracy. When I asked her how to print she made a video of herself showing me how to print and what to do if the settings change back. GREAT customer service. If you are looking at printers in this price range and you need something to be the deciding factor chose this one the customer service is stellar!!!

I really haven't use the printer yet. I was have the hardest time since I'm new to it so im givingit 5 stars because of customerservice and Poppy and all the other that helped me was the best. Poppy stayed at it until she set it up right she is the best really. I will review on the printer when i use it some more but I can say the packaging was great and all the extra part is the best thank you.

I received my printer as a gift. I have had great help from jessica to set up my new computer and my printer.And when there was a problem with my printer, she gave me excellent help I am very satisfied and if I ever need to buy another one I would definitely buy this brand and use their help and her help, mostly fast efficient perfect..
