So far so good!

I was very iffy about buying this printer as I could not find much information on Ink Sonic.

Poppy was heaven sent in helping me thru out various days. The whole team was patient with my million questions. I’ve only deducted 1 star as I was missing the manual, dongle and UBS so had to wait until it was sent from China. I was also missing the PET film which they did send immediately upon me notifying them. Then a couple days later when putting together the oven, handles and replacement switches were missing. They did send those upon me notifying them. So only deducted 1 star as that did set me back a week.

Other than that I love the printer so far!

Printing problems. Resolved quickly

I recently had some printer issues, that I called support and spoke with Aria, she quickly help me navigate what my issue was and helped me correct it. And she had me back to printing in no time.

Great customer service

I called customer service to get help with printing. Poppy did an amazing job with helping me get familiar with my printer. She even sent me videos.

Customer service is good

As the title says, the customer service team is awesome. They are fast to respond and very patient. Joy helped me fix some issues but I do believe it was a team effort. Poppy was also fast to respond and Maria was always willing to lend a hand.

As for the printer it self, it is awesome. The print quality it self is great, the print come out flawless. Just make sure the settings are set up correctly. MAKE SURE THE SUCTION IS ON, I made the mistake of failing to do that and had some waste ink leak, and the black color mixing with the red. But once I turned the suction on, it fixed the issue. Now, this printer is very sensitive so be sure to follow the daily, weekly maintenance instructions. Even though the owners manual says it, I'm gonna put it on here. Be sure to unscrew the print head shipping bracket. It's to the left of the assembly held by two Philips head screws and a tiny L bracket. Do not skim through the manual. Make sure to read it word for word. Everything you need to know is on there.

I had a Punehod L1800 before this unit. I'm not one to talk badly about other products, but I need to put this out there. Punehod customer service trys but at the end they are incompetent. They will try hard to make sure the problems the printer is having is your fault and not help with the repairs. So stay away from them. Now the printer is a paper weight. I had it for less than a year as well.
