Just received my printer, easy set up, I had accidentally added the printer twice and had one setting wrong so it would not print. I contacted customer service and got an appointment asap! Jessica was a great help! I’ll give a later updated review once I use this for a few months. Color is very vibrant!

The machine was exactly as described, needed help with set up and Jessica was a great help, she was patient and took her time to solve the problem..

The customer support for the printer is excellent, seller had timely communication through the support channels that were offered for any issues that arose during setup. Seller and customer support were easy to contact and get ahold of.

Before purchasing this A3 printer, I had an A4 printer. When you have more great ideas, A4 just isn’t big enough anymore. I’d say this is a great printer, and the maintenance is really simple. So far, it rarely makes mistakes, and the prints are much better than my old machine—probably thanks to the software settings. I don’t regret buying it at all.
