Great customer service
I really haven't use the printer yet. I was have the hardest time since I'm new to it so im givingit 5 stars because of customerservice and Poppy and all the other that helped me was the best. Poppy stayed at it until she set it up right she is the best really. I will review on the printer when i use it some more but I can say the packaging was great and all the extra part is the best thank you.

I have had great help from jessica to set up my new computer and my printer.And when there was a problem with my printer, she gave me excellent help I am very satisfied and if I ever need to buy another one I would definitely buy this brand and use their help and her help, mostly fast efficient perfect..

Painless trouble shooting
Got my printer and full set up and had some slight issues (most likely my end) contacted their support. I handed the wheel over to my laptop and let them walk me through the settings to find my issue then had a video call to go over a few things they can’t physically touch and had my problem fixed in under 30 mins. Painless and quick. 10/10

The customer support for the printer is excellent, seller had timely communication through the support channels that were offered for any issues that arose during setup. Seller and customer support were easy to contact and get ahold of.
