This printer is solid, you can tell it is a quality product as soon as you unpack it and the setup was easy too. The printing has really vibrant colors. However, we encounter a problem where it would not connect to our computer, and this is where they get even better, their customer service is excellent. The were quick to help and keep an eye on everything, including them contacting us to see if we could work in the printer, they take the initiative. Specially Joy, who was very patient and helpful. She fixed everything quickly. So far we are very happy with the printer and the experience. Thank you!

Perfect for Beginners
Having tried more expensive printers, I would give this one full marks! Creating great designs is so easy - just upload your image. Using this XP600 is a breeze compared to maintaining a cheap DTF printer. I highly recommend it, especially if you are just getting started with DTF printers.
