The user manual and video was clear but I contacted support because I could not set the settings correctly on my own as a beginner. 🤣🤣 They responded immediately, were very nice, and got me going in no time. Maintenance advice was taught during the remote help session which helped me a lot. They always stand by which makes me feel secure.
