2. Andere Accessoires - 6 Maanden: Wij bieden gratis onbeperkte technische diagnose. Als we uw probleem kunnen lokaliseren, bieden we vervangingen aan. Houd er echter rekening mee dat onze garantie alleen defecten of kwaliteitsproblemen dekt. Houd er rekening mee dat printeraccessoires verbruiksartikelen zijn en na verloop van tijd natuurlijk zullen slijten. Om optimale prestaties te waarborgen, raden we aan om relevante accessoires regelmatig te vervangen.

Wij streven er altijd naar om alle belastingen, inclusief de Amerikaanse staatsbelasting, GST en BTW, vooraf te betalen, zodat u geen extra kosten bovenop de prijs van het product hoeft te maken.
5 Star review is based on Tech Support after my printer was set up and still not working properly
I started a chat with InkSonic and they arranged a time for me to contact Jessica in Tech Support. Jessica noticed my frustration with the printer and worked diligently to determine why the black and white ink was not functioning. We exchanged pictures, videos, and conducted multiple tests. It was discovered that the print head carriage was misaligned. Jessica accessed my computer and made several adjustments in the RIIN Program. The issue was resolved over two nights. Despite the time difference, which required us to start at 9PM and continue until 11:30PM, Jessica made herself available the following night to complete the work. I commend Jessica for her patience, persistence, and determination.
