First printer and oven where packaged well, arrived on time as expected. Second assembly of the printer was straight forward, we did have some question on the RIP software installation so we reach out to customer service and with in the same day they scheduled a call and remote access in order to verify that it was working properly. BIG shout out to Aria over at InkSonic stayed on with us until a full test print was produced.
So if anyone is looking for a quality DTF Printer and great customer service the InkSonic is the way to go.

I recently had some printer issues, that I called support and spoke with Aria, she quickly help me navigate what my issue was and helped me correct it. And she had me back to printing in no time.

Followed the video guides and was printing within an hour. The printer is intuitive, and the oven heats evenly. For the price, the quality is unbeatable.
